Household linen
The change of bed linen is made weekly and towels every three days. In our B&B we use ecological laundry detergents, in order to reduce the negative impacts on the environment.

Parking
Free parking inside the property available for our guests. It is indicated by the signal latched to one of the entry gates. From the parking area to the rooms there are four flights of stairs. The B&B does not offer luggage service.
Garden
The garden, full of trees, plants and flowers, is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view over Panzano’s hill and valley. From the porch you can enjoy the sunset in front of a soft drink or a glass of Chianti.
Pets
We love animals, but we regret that we cannot accommodate them because one of our dogs does not tolerate the presence of unfamiliar dogs. Thank you for your understanding.
Baby cots and children beds
​We provide travel cots for younger children, complete with bed linen. The service has an additional cost of €10 per night. The request must be made at the time of booking.

In the garden you can observe many species of birds and with a bit of luck also a fox, roe deer, porcupine, beech marten, badger, etc. You can see the stars and the moon and enjoy the spectacle of fireflies in summer. You can also savour a good wine with a tapa on our panoramic porch watching the sunset. And why not play a ping-pong battle?
Breakfast
Breakfast includes one savoury item (e.g., homemade focaccia with sun-dried tomato pesto) and one sweet treat (e.g., a muffin enriched with raisins and rosemary). Beverages are available, with a choice of tea, espresso, American coffee, or cappuccino.
All products are authentic, homemade, crafted with carefully selected, high-quality ingredients inspired by local flavours. Breakfast is available upon request at a cost of €10 per person per day.
