"il Riccio" Apartment
Il Riccio is an apartment of 45 square meters (with a capacity for 4 people). It has a double bedroom with, a living-room/bedroom with two sofas/ single beds (which can be joined on occasion), a large bathroom and an American kitchen.
The apartment has an efficient system of heating for the cold season.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, electric stove, a double bowl sink, tableware and kitchenware.
In addition to the dining table located in the living room there is another one located in the loggia at the entrance of the apartment.
A hairdryer and a courtesy kit consisting of first pressure PGI Tuscan olive oil shower gel, soap and shampoo can be found in the bathroom in addition to towels
On request a cradle or bed for children up to 12 years of age can be added.

Rates 2024
Minimum stay: 3 nights
From 1st March to 15th November:
2 guests: 120 €/night
3 guests: 145€/night
4 guests: 170€/night
Children up to 2 years of age are our guests.
Breakfast is provided upon request at an extra cost of 15 € /person /day.
The products we serve are homemade, fresh, seasonal, and mainly local/organic.
Rates do not include nor the tourist tax (2 € person over 14 per night for the first 7 nights) nor the 2 € revenue stamp for the invoice ((L.190/2014 e DPR 633/1972)

"lo Scricciolo" Tower
Lo Scricciolo with capacity for 2-3 people is located in the tower, the highest building of the house.
By a separate entrance from the main house, through a loggia overlooking the Tuscan countryside, you access the first floor.
Here are the living room with wooden ceiling and a large fireplace, and a small bathroom where you will find in addition to towels, a hairdryer and a courtesy kit consisting of of first pressure PGI Tuscan olive oil shower gel, soap and shampoo.
From the living room, an old stone staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a large double bedroom equipped with a ceiling fan to ensure a comfortable sleep in the hottest nights of the year. Lo Scricciolo that measures 49 square meters has an efficient system of heating for the cold season. On request an extra bed can be added
